Students will not be permitted to graduate or receive their diplomas until all required coursework listed on the APAS has been completed. It is in students' best interests to check their APAS reports frequently throughout their undergraduate careers to ensure accuracy and to prevent delays in degree conferral and receipt of the diploma.
It is especially important for seniors in the program to make sure that their Engineering and Science Electives appear correctly on the APAS report. If the APAS does not list the correct electives, a new ESE Worksheet must be submitted and approved by the department.
For specific questions about the APAS and graduation requirements, please contact the Undergraduate Program Assistant and Advisor (612-626-3446, bmedus@umn.edu).
